Job summary

This role offers strong earning potential through monthly pay between $10,000 and $15,000 plus bonus potential, with comprehensive benefits and a long-term growth path in a trusted California dealer group.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Sales Manager or top-performing salesperson with leadership potential.
• Strong automotive sales process knowledge, desking, and CRM experience.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and motivate sales staff to achieve sales and CSI targets.
• Structure and desk deals for both new and used vehicle inventory professionally.
• Verify deal structures and ensure accurate paperwork and lending requirements.
• Obtain proper documentation and signatures for all vehicle sales and trade-ins.
• Maintain sales schedules and coordinate with Finance and Sales teams on deal status.
• Assist with inventory management and display standards when not desking deals.
• Conduct routine trade-in appraisals and ensure vehicles are valued correctly.
• Follow dealership policies and compliance standards in contracts.
