Qualifications

• Previous Service Manager experience in automotive dealership preferred.
• Strong understanding of dealership service operations and fixed operations management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, Reynolds experience preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, profitability, and departmental performance metrics.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and service software.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing service team.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service experiences.
• Monitor and improve department performance metrics, including CSI, sales, gross profit, and productivity.
• Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Parts, Sales, and Fixed Operations teams to achieve dealership goals.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, warranty requirements, and dealership policies.
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and department efficiency to maximize productivity.
• Develop and execute strategies that increase revenue and profitability.
