Crown Honda of Southpoint, part of Asbury Automotive Group in Durham, NC, is seeking an Experienced New Car Sales Manager. This role requires a driven Sales Manager with high-volume dealership experience to support sales staff and strengthen customer relationships.

Crown Honda of Southpoint, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, is currently looking for an Experienced New Car Sales Manager. We want a driven, high‑energy Sales Manager with high‑volume dealership experience to support our sales staff and help build the brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and bridge disconnects in the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to develop a base of referrals to establish a customer network
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
• Desk deals, track gross logs and RDR cars
• Work with used car managers on appraisals and lease returns

Job Qualifications

• Prior sales leadership – dealership experience required
• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
• Strong computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, locates)
• Must understand inventory control – 60‑day turn policy
• Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.s to maximize deal potential
• Deal with local and national vendors and manufacturer representatives
