The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in dealership operations and financial analysis, and a demonstrated history of stable employment. You will drive forecast accuracy and oversee both new and used vehicle operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi‑task and juggle multiple items simultaneously.
• Attention to detail.
• Proven track record of high CSI and sales volume.
• Long‑term stability in previous employment.
• Deep product knowledge and enthusiasm for being involved in the deal, beyond administrative duties.
• Experience in dealership management or operations, automotive sales management, financial statement analysis, and month‑end closing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees.
