Job summary

CarGuys Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced automotive sales leader to recruit, train, and develop a high‑performance sales team, and to oversee dealership operations.

You will supervise training, ensure CSI and sales targets are met, forecast unit sales and gross profit, and manage new and used vehicle operations. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and long‑term stability within a dynamic auto retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi‑task and juggle multiple items simultaneously.
• Attention to detail.
• Proven track record of high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and sales volume.
• Long‑term stability in previous employment.
• Deep product knowledge and enthusiasm for being involved in the deal, beyond administrative duties.
• Experience in dealership management or operations, automotive sales management, financial statement analysis, and month‑end closing.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performance sales team using accountability management principles.
• Supervise training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees.
