Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

• Deep product knowledge and enthusiasm for being involved in the deal.
• Experience in dealership management or operations, automotive sales management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees.
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction.
• Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit.
• Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations.
