You will supervise training and appraisal, promote customer and owner satisfaction, review unit sales forecasts and gross profit, and oversee new and used vehicle operations. The position offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi‑task and juggle multiple items simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Proven track record of high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and sales volume.
• Long‑term stability in previous employment.
• Deep product knowledge and enthusiasm for being involved in the deal, beyond administrative duties.
• Experience in dealership management or operations, automotive sales management, financial statement analysis, and month‑end closing.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance sales team using accountability management principles.
• Supervise training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees.
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction.
• Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit.
