Job Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performance sales team using accountability management principles
• Supervising the training development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees
• Maintaining and promoting customer and owner satisfaction
• Reviewing the forecasting of unit sales and gross profit
• Overseeing management of new and used vehicle operations
