Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking an experienced sales leader to recruit, train, and develop a high‑performance automotive sales team using accountability management principles.

You will supervise training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees. This role requires maintaining and promoting customer and owner satisfaction, reviewing forecasting of unit sales and gross profit, and overseeing management of new and used vehicle operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi‑task and juggle multiple items simultaneously.
• Attention to detail.
• Proven track record of high CSI and sales volume.
• Long‑term stability in previous employment.
• Deep product knowledge and enthusiasm for being involved in the deal, beyond administrative duties.
• Experience in dealership management or operations, automotive sales management, financial statement analysis, and month‑end closing.
