CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive New Car Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performance sales team, ensuring exceptional customer and owner satisfaction while overseeing new and used vehicle operations.

The role emphasizes accountability, training, and strategic management of sales staff. The candidate will supervise staff, review sales forecasts and gross profit, and drive growth with a focus on dealership performance and long-term success.
