Job summary

CarGuys Inc. in California is seeking an Automotive General Manager to lead a high-performance sales team and manage both new and used vehicle operations. You will drive profitability, monitor forecasts, and maintain superior customer and owner satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performance sales team through accountability management principles
• Supervise the training development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
• Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit
• Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations
