BridgePrep Academy and SMART Management are seeking a meticulous, customer-focused School Registrar & Enrollment Coordinator to launch our new Royal Palm Beach campus. You will serve as the anchor of our student data systems, managing records, driving state compliance, and welcoming new families.

This is a ground-floor opportunity with direct ownership of student data, compliance with district/state reporting standards, and a welcoming experience for families, backed by a supportive network

Formación

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to serve families.

Responsabilidades

• Process enrollments, transfers, and withdrawals within 24–48 hours.
• Maintain audit-ready, FERPA-compliant student records.
• Serve as primary front-office contact for registration and inquiries.
• Manage SIS databases (attendance, schedules, demographics) with accuracy.
