Qualifications

• Customer service excellence with families and stakeholders.
• Adaptability and self-motivation in a dynamic field environment.
• Willingness to perform active field work (approx. 45% standing, 30% walking, 25% sitting) and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening as required.

Responsibilities

• Grassroots field recruitment: attend community events and canvassing.
• Family nurture and engagement via phone, email, and messages.
• Events and campus tours: info sessions and orientations.
• Content & media capture: take photos/videos for campus communications.
• Data integrity: verify applications and update recruitment systems.
