What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify potential school and district partners through outreach via calls, emails, and social media
- Qualify leads by understanding the needs and interests of prospects in hosting Book Fairs
- Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy initiatives
- Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and improve sales techniques

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail, district sales, event management, or customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Sales Automation or Customer Relationship Management software
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships with peers and customers
