What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and build relationships with schools and districts to expand the Book Fair business
- Initiate outbound communications to decision-makers and qualify leads for potential Book Fair events
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track progress toward goals in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation
- Achieve sales goals by managing high-level revenue-building activities and ensuring customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail, event management, or customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with Sales Automation or CRM systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
