What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify potential school and district partners through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Qualify leads by understanding the needs and interests of schools in hosting Book Fairs
- Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy events
- Manage a sales pipeline by keeping accurate records in the CRM system and tracking progress toward goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail or territory sales, event management, or customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience with Sales Automation or CRM software
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities
