What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and build relationships with schools to expand the reach of Scholastic Book Fairs
- Qualify leads by understanding potential partners' needs and set up appointments for Account Managers
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and track progress toward sales goals in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance outreach strategies and improve lead generation
- Coordinate revenue-building activities and ensure customer satisfaction through effective sales methods

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail or territory sales, event management, or customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with Sales Automation or CRM software
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building
