Job summary

Medtronic Neurovascular is seeking an Associate Territory Manager (ATM) to collaborate with field sales and clinical teams in a San Jose, CA area. The ATM will drive sales, support case coverage, and lead in-service activities, reporting to the District Manager.

Some travel and occasional after-hours work are expected. The role emphasizes relationship building with surgeons, nurses, distributors, and key opinion leaders, along with delivering clinical support and product education in fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years sales/clinical or related experience, or an Associate’s Degree with 2+ years, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% and to work on-call during nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic's Neurovascular products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with distributors, surgeons, nurses, and key opinion leaders.
• Provides clinical and technical support during cases and informs clinicians of treatment options.
• Identifies target accounts and works with sales reps to increase sales in their accounts.
• Travels as required, including overnight stays, to cover territories.
