Job summary

Medtronic plc in the United States is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to partner with field sales and clinical teams in the Neurovascular unit, covering San Jose, CA and surrounding areas. The role requires strong relationship building with surgeons, nurses, and distributors, and travel up to 50% of the year.

The ATM 2 will support territories, lead in-service activities, and help expand the business while reporting to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of sales/clinical experience, or an Associate's with 2+ years, or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with clinicians, distributors, and key opinion leaders.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Neurovascular products within assigned territory to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with surgeons, nurses, distributors and KOLs.
• Provide clinical/technical support during cases and inform treatment options to clinicians.
• Execute sales strategy and manage the sales process for the defined area.
• Interface with hospital personnel to promote Medtronic products and train medical staff.
• Travel 50% of the time and be available for on-call nights and weekends.
