Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for the Harrisburg, PA area. This field-based role covers surrounding markets, partnering with field sales and clinical teams to drive growth and expand business in Neurovascular products.

The position requires 4+ years in sales or clinical roles in medical devices or healthcare, with travel of 40% and on-call nights/weekends as needed. A driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences OR a Bachelor’s Degree.
• High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree with required experience.
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Neurovascular products within an assigned geographic area to meet targets.
• Develops and maintains relationships with distributors, surgeons, nurses, and key opinion leaders.
• Pursues leads, assesses needs, and provides product services to maximize benefits.
• Presents clinical and technical support during cases and informs clinicians of treatment options.
• Executes the company sales strategy and manages the sales process for the defined area.
• Represents the company at medical symposia and promotes products to hospital staff.
