Job summary

Medtronic plc seeks an Associate Territory Manager to partner with field sales and clinical teams, drive Neurovascular product adoption in Los Angeles, and support growth within the territory. The ATM reports to the District Manager and may work outside primary territory as needed.

This is a field-based role requiring up to 50% travel, on-call nights and weekends (20–40%), and regular interactions with distributors, surgeons, nurses, and key opinion leaders to identify opportunities, provide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 4+ years in sales/clinical roles.
• Associate’s Degree with 2+ years in related field is acceptable.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Neurovascular products within assigned area to meet targets.
• Develops and strengthens relationships with distributors, surgeons, nurses, and key opinion leaders.
• Provides clinical and technical support during cases and informs clinicians of treatment options.
• Executes sales strategy and manages the sales process for the defined area.
• Interface with hospital personnel to promote and sell Medtronic products and services.
