Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Manager, Neurovascular to support customers in Minnesota, South Dakota and North Dakota. This field-based role requires clinical selling skills and the ability to train physicians on surgical use of neurovascular devices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years medical device sales experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and willingness to travel up to 40%. You will build and expand accounts, meet quotas, and represent MedTech products with integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years healthcare or business-to-business sales experience required.
• 5+ years of Medical Device sales experience preferred.
• Neurovascular experience preferred.
• Experience selling to surgeons in OR/Radiology environments preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales of Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular products and convert competitors’ products per policy and sales direction.
• Train to demonstrate proper surgical use of our products to physicians.
• Handle customer product questions and objections per sales training.
• Maintain and expand current accounts; build new accounts and strong customer relationships; meet quotas across products.
• Execute the selling cycle professionally, ethically, and persuasively to drive customer action.
