Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare or B2B sales experience is required.
• A minimum of 5+ years of Medical Device sales experience.
• Neurovascular experience preferred.
• Experience selling to surgeons in operating rooms or Radiology suites.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Expand the sales of Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular products and meet quotas.
• Train to demonstrate proper surgical use of products to physicians.
• Handle customer questions and objections per sales training guidelines.
• Maintain and expand current accounts, build new ones, and develop strong relationships.
• Execute the selling cycle professionally, ethically, and persuasively; drive customer action.
