Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 2+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
• Proficiency using CRM tools
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance required

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate market opportunities and sales potential by account; set and achieve annual sales objectives
• Develop and implement sales strategies by considering products, competition, and pricing needs
• Analyze territory to identify key target accounts and monitor competitive activities
• Collaborate with contracts, pricing, and vendor documentation for hospital and institutional customers
• Launch strategies and product introductions; provide in-services for customers
• Maintain clinical and technical expertise through training, workshops, and professional networks
• Prepare reports analyzing territory sales and customer data for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and external guidelines
