Medtronic plc, a global leader in healthcare technology, seeks a field-based Executive Territory Manager in Jacksonville, FL to promote Neurovascular products and grow customer partnerships. You will drive sales, build relationships with physicians and hospitals, and travel about 30% to cover the territory while aligning with the business strategy and compensation plan.

Experience in medical devices and strong account management are essential to exceed annual targets and deliver patient-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 6+ years in medical devices or life sciences.
• Associate’s Degree with 8+ years experience in sales/clinical roles.
• High School Diploma with 10+ years experience in sales/clinical roles.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Neurovascular products within an assigned area to meet sales targets.
• Achieve territory objectives annually in alignment with strategy and compensation plan.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with stakeholders including KOLs and academic centers.
• Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits.
• Collaborates across internal teams to address trends and support business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive insights.
• Develops and execute market development strategies to achieve objectives.
• Assesses customer needs and communicates feedback to internal stakeholders.
