Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to partner with field sales and clinical teams across the San Jose, CA area, driving sales, supporting cases, and expanding market presence. This field-based role requires 20–40% travel and occasional after-hours coverage.

The ATM 2 reports to the District Manager and may work outside primary territory assignments as needed to meet business goals. A strong background in medical devices and OR settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Experience in medical device sales with proven performance in the field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic Neurovascular products within an assigned geographic area to meet sales targets.
• Develops long-term relationships with distributors, surgeons, nurses and key opinion leaders.
• Pursues leads, assesses needs and provides product services to maximize benefits.
