Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for the Neurosurgical NS portfolio. You will engage with surgeons and hospital teams across your territory, providing product expertise, procedural support, and consultative sales solutions in fast-paced clinical environments.

As a key driver of territory growth, you will identify opportunities, build relationships with clinical stakeholders, and participate in case coverage and on-site support during procedures, traveling throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative environments.
• Experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or other high-performance setting with sales interest.
• Minimum 5 years of outside/B2B/territory-based selling with a track record of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting neurosurgical products across an assigned territory and meet/exceed goals.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and clinical demonstrations in ORs and procedural settings.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and clinicians on product applications, data, and value.
