Job summary

Stryker in the United States is seeking a Sales Representative – Neurosurgical to drive territory growth, promote neurosurgical products, and support procedures through consultative sales with surgeons and clinical staff.

You will build lasting relationships with hospitals and health systems, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with leadership to execute territory plans and achieve quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years outside sales in medical devices, healthcare, or consultative sales.
• Bachelor's degree with experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, or high-performance environment and sales interest.
• Minimum 5 years of outside/B2B/territory-based sales with a track record of meeting goals.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical settings.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting neurosurgical products across an assigned territory and meet or exceed goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in OR and procedural settings.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications, data, and value.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, account expansion, and territory growth initiatives.
• Track sales activity, territory performance, and customer engagement using approved tools.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during neurosurgical procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and execute objectives.
