Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Neurosurgical Sales Representative to promote and sell neurosurgical products. You will perform in-OR and office product evaluations, demonstrate value, and drive territory results. Maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and staff while exceeding goals.

Role requires 5+ years in outside medical device sales or a related field, and a Bachelor’s degree. Approximately 20% travel, valid driver’s license, and a resolve to deliver excellent customer service are

• 5+ years in outside sales position (medical device preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
• Travel approximately 20% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker NS products to meet customer needs.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Track territory progress and report wins to Regional Manager.
• Solve product problems and inform staff on proper use and maintenance.
