Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field-based Team Sales Representative – Neurosurgical to support clinicians with advanced neurosurgical solutions. You will collaborate with lead Territory Sales Representatives to drive adoption, provide clinical support, and nurture relationships within an assigned territory.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and sales experience in medical devices or high-performance environments, with willingness to travel and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales.
• Alternative: Bachelor’s degree with experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or other high-performance environment with sales interest.
• Alternative: Minimum 5 years of outside sales/ B2B/ territory-based selling with a track record of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Support territory sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and growth objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in operating rooms and clinical environments.
• Present product features, benefits, and clinical applications to surgeons, nurses, and healthcare staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers within accounts.
• Track territory activity, customer interactions, and sales opportunities using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Provide technical product support and troubleshooting during evaluations, procedures, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with lead Territory Sales Representative to identify growth opportunities and support account development plans.
• Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals on safe and effective use of neurosurgical products.
