Job summary

Stryker Corporation is recruiting for a Field-based Sales Representative – Neurosurgical. You will engage with surgeons and healthcare teams to promote neurosurgical products, support clinical procedures, and deliver consultative solutions within your territory.

Role requires in-person product support, relationship building with hospitals, and travel across the assigned territory. The position offers 100% commission with bonuses and benefits, plus up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments; OR Bachelor’s degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career; OR Minimum 5 years of professional outside sales experience with performance history.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical environments.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling neurosurgical products across an assigned territory while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms and procedural settings.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications, clinical data, and economic value.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and key clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, account expansion opportunities, and territory growth initiatives.
• Track sales activity, territory performance, and customer engagement using approved business tools and reporting processes.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during neurosurgical procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans, prioritize accounts, and execute business objectives.
