Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and policies in collaboration with clinic leadership.
• Lead staff engagement, process improvement, and staff training.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and performance evaluations for clinic staff.
• Manage facilities, supplies, budgeting, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
