• Assist in implementing goals, policies, procedures and systems.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure accurate registration and billing processes.
• Monitor efficiency and lead performance improvement efforts.
• Participate in staff hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
