Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners seeks a board-certified or board-eligible neurosurgeon to join a physician-led group in Northwest Indiana, 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. The practice offers high-volume cranial and spine surgery, EPIC EHR with AI enhancements, and collaboration with neurologists, orthopedists, and surgical staff in a financially strong health system.

Applicants should have an MD/DO, completed ACGME Neurological Surgery residency, and Indiana licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited US medical school or international equivalent.
• ACGME-accredited Neurological Surgery residency completed; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurological Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cranial and spine neurosurgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and OR settings.
• Perform elective and emergent neurosurgical procedures.
• Participate in an equitable neurosurgery call rotation.
• Collaborate with neurologists, spine surgeons, and other surgical staff to optimize patient care.
