Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join a physician-led group in the Greater Chicagoland Northwest Indiana area.

The role offers high-volume surgical practice with state-of-the-art hospital infrastructure and AI-enabled EPIC EHR support. Ideal candidates will have an ACGME-accredited residency in Neurological Surgery, an Indiana license (or eligible), and be prepared to contribute to quality initiatives within a robust health system.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurological Surgery.
• Active Indiana medical license or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days.
• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD/DO).
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurological Surgery residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cranial and spine neurosurgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings.
• Conduct clinical evaluations, patient workups, and perform elective and emergent neurosurgical procedures.
• Participate in an equitable, shared neurosurgery call rotation.
• Collaborate with neurologists, orthopedic spine surgeons, pain management, and critical care teams.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology and EPIC EHR with AI-assisted documentation.
