Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join a physician-led group in the Greater Chicagoland area. The role involves high-volume cranial and spine surgery within a state-of-the-art Northwest Indiana system, with EPIC EHR integration and AI-assisted documentation.

You will collaborate with neurologists, orthopedic spine surgeons, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care while participating in a shared call rotation.

Qualifications

• US MD/DO or international equivalent.
• Completed ACGME Neurological Surgery residency; Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Indiana license or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cranial and complex/general spine neurosurgical care.
• Conduct clinical evaluations and patient workups; perform procedures.
• Participate in an equitable on-call rotation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology and AI-driven documentation enhancements.
