Your Talent Team in the Greater Chicagoland area seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon to join a physician-led group in Northwest Indiana. The role offers high-volume cranial and spine surgery in a HIMSS Stage VII hospital with EPIC EHR and AI-assisted documentation.

Formación

• US or international MD/DO eligible; board certification/eligibility in neurosurgery.
• Residency training from an ACGME-accredited program.
• Valid Indiana medical license or eligible within 120 days.
• Subspecialty focus in spine, vascular, skull base, or neuro-oncology is welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive cranial and spine neurosurgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical suite environments.
• Conduct clinical evaluations, patient workups, and perform elective and emergent neurosurgical procedures.
• Participate in an equitable, shared neurosurgery call rotation.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, intraoperative imaging, and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including neurologists, orthopedic spine surgeons, pain management specialists, and critical care teams.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives, safety protocols, and optimal patient care pathways.
