Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join a physician-led group in Northwest Indiana, near the Greater Chicagoland area. The role features a high-volume practice, EPIC EHR with AI documentation, and strong professional backing.

You will collaborate with neurologists, orthopedists, and surgical staff, with a competitive compensation package and robust benefits. Indiana licensure is required (or within 90–120 days).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited US medical school (MD or DO).
• Completed an ACGME-accredited Neurological Surgery residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurological Surgery.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cranial and complex/general spine neurosurgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings.
• Perform elective and emergent neurosurgical procedures and conduct thorough patient workups.
• Participate in an equitable, shared neurosurgery call rotation.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology and intraoperative imaging with EPIC EHR.-Collaborate with neurologists, spine surgeons, pain management, and critical care teams.
• Contribute to quality improvement, safety protocols, and patient care pathways.
