Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join a physician-led group in Northwest Indiana, near Chicago.

You will handle high-volume cranial and spine cases in a state-of-the-art hospital with EPIC EHR and AI-assisted documentation. Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Neurological Surgery.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana license or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days.
• Graduate of US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Experience in general neurosurgery and/or subspecialty areas (e.g., spine, skull base).

Responsibilities

• Provide cranial and complex/general spine neurosurgical care in inpatient, outpatient, and OR settings.
• Perform clinical evaluations, patient workups, and elective and emergent procedures.
• Participate in an equitable, shared neurosurgery call rotation.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI‑driven documentation enhancements.
• Collaborate with neurologists, spine surgeons, pain specialists, and critical care teams.
• Contribute to quality improvement, safety protocols, and patient care pathways.
