Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years pharmaceutical sales experience with specialty focus preferred (neuroscience/psychiatry/ADHD).
• Strong account-based selling skills and ability to pull through formulary wins.
• Understanding of payer access and market access support programs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Apply resources (call activity, payer tools, speaker programs) to opportunities; track impact.
• Engage HCPs and staff via face-to-face, virtual, or phone channels.
• Analyze local market dynamics and execute against trends.
• Develop territory business and call plans aligned with national objectives.
• Stay current on payer access and identify local pull-through opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and partner with stakeholders to remove access barriers.
• Attend industry meetings and exhibits as needed.
• Use a selling model to gain commitment and action; resolve challenges.
• Set high goals and monitor progress to meet or exceed targets.
• Leverage data to build business/call plans focused on customer needs.
