Job summary

The role focuses on educating HCPs about neuroscience products, reimbursement considerations, and patient access, while building lasting professional relationships in a compliant manner. The candidate will develop a territory business plan, collaborate with internal teams, and represent Acadia at conferences and trainings.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of neuroscience disease states and Acadia products.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with compliant education.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and advocacy groups.
• Address questions and objections using advanced selling skills.
• Tailor sales materials to customer needs and coordinate with internal teams.
