Job summary

Ipsen seeks a Neuroscience Specialty Representative to join a nationwide sales team. You will convey product information to healthcare providers and support territory management to ensure Ipsen’s products are available and used safely and effectively for patients.

The ideal candidate has a BS/BA, 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, and neuroscience or migraine treatment exposure; travel and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
• Experience in neuroscience area is strongly preferred.
• Experience promoting preventive treatments for migraine preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed for business.

Responsibilities

• Attain designated goals for calls on appropriate HCPs to communicate balanced, accurate, and complete information on Ipsen’s products.
• Execute calls on HCPs and pharmacists to provide product information and to assure the availability of Ipsen’s products in the territory.
• Conduct in-depth conversations with physicians and other HCPs utilizing multiple data sets across a broad base of approved product indications.
• Navigate through complex organization structures including hospitals and healthcare communities.
• Manage the territory in an efficient and orderly manner, developing and executing effective business plans.
