Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Neuroscience Specialty Representative to join a nationwide sales team, covering an assigned territory and driving product adoption. You will communicate product information to healthcare professionals, manage a buy-and-bill environment, and travel as needed to meet goals.

The ideal candidate has a B.S./B.A. and 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales, with neuroscience experience strongly preferred and a track record promoting migraine therapies.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
• Neuroscience experience strongly preferred.
• Experience promoting preventive treatments for migraine preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed for business.

Responsibilities

• Attain the designated goals for calls on appropriate HCPs to communicate balanced, accurate, and complete information on Ipsen’s products.
• Execute calls on HCPs and pharmacists to provide product information and to assure the availability of Ipsen’s products in the territory.
• Conduct in-depth conversations with physicians and other HCPs utilizing multiple data sets across a broad base of approved product indications.
• Navigate through complex organization structures including hospitals and healthcare communities.
• Manage the territory in an efficient and orderly manner, developing and executing effective business plans.
