Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Neuroscience Specialty Representative to join a nationwide field sales team. You will communicate Ipsen’s neuroscience products to healthcare providers and pharmacists, build territory plans, and help patients access therapies. The role requires engaging physicians, navigating hospital networks, and maintaining compliant activity under drug regulations.

Qualified candidates have a B.S. or B.A., 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, and neuroscience or migraine exposure.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
• Experience in neuroscience area is strongly preferred.
• Experience promoting preventive treatments for migraine preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed for business.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Attain designated goals for calls on appropriate HCPs to communicate balanced, accurate, and complete information on Ipsen's products.
• Execute calls on HCPs and pharmacists to provide product information and to assure the availability of Ipsen’s products in the territory.
• Conduct in-depth conversations with physicians and other HCPs utilizing multiple data sets across a broad base of approved product indications.
• Navigate through complex organization structures including hospitals and healthcare communities.
• Manage the territory in an efficient and orderly manner, ascribing principles of key HCP/account prioritization, daily call reporting, and sample accountability.
• Comply with all state and federal laws, regulations and guidelines including PhRMA Code on Interactions with HCPs.
