Acadia Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Executive Neuroscience Sales Specialist to lead territory growth in Tennessee with remote flexibility. You will promote products to HCPs, deliver education on disease states and reimbursement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient access.

The role requires deep neuroscience knowledge, strong relationship-building, and proven sales achievement in healthcare. Extensive travel and compliant, ethical engagement are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred.
• Sales Specialist: 1-2 years in pharma/healthcare; neuroscience preferred.
• Senior Specialist: 5 years healthcare sales (2+ in complex/account-based selling).
• Executive Specialist: 12 years healthcare sales (3+ in complex/account-based selling).
• Advanced selling skills, leadership abilities, and business acumen.
• Proven success influencing diverse HCP audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently, adapt to change, and deliver results.
• Must reside within the territory (or within 30 miles of its border) and possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Travel up to 80% and air travel as needed.
• Must comply with vaccination requirements for HCP access and medical conferences.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with compliant education.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HCPs, KOLs, advocacy organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Address questions, concerns, and objections using advanced dialogue and selling skills.
• Tailor approved sales aids, clinical reprints, and brand resources to customer needs.
• Partner with internal colleagues to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Provide guidance on pricing, reimbursement, and distribution channels for access.
• Track and report sales activities, expenses, and interactions timely.
• Represent Acadia at conferences, exhibits, and trainings; participate in meetings.
• Mentor and train new sales specialists; contribute to cross-functional projects.
