ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a Specialty Sales Specialists team across the assigned region, driving sales goals and ensuring execution of strategies in line with Acadia’s mission and compliance standards.

The role emphasizes hiring, coaching, field leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional feedback to optimize market strategies. The position requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech with at least 2 years of sales management, and travel up to 80%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in pharma or biotech, including sales or cross-functional roles.
• At least 2 years of sales management experience.
• Neuroscience and specialty sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams to exceed sales targets with documented performance discussions.
