Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical sales; 1+ year in specialty sales.
• Senior role requires 8 years pharma sales with 5 years in specialty.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Effectively informs customers by delivering value and service using approved resources.
• Deliver results and exceed goals through territory planning and execution.
• Represent Acadia and its culture, mission, and values.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and stakeholders within the territory.
• Analyze sales potential and execute calls, meals, speaker programs to drive results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel for events and trainings.
