Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers and advance local strategy. You will conduct proactive outreach on product access, on-label information, and patient care guidance, coordinating with cross-functional teams to support local programs and thought leadership.

The role requires clinical knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to translate scientific data into practical value for HCPs and patients in the Columbus, GA area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, in regulated or clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Proactive outreach to HCPs on product access and on-label information.
• Coordinate with Medical, HSAMs, and PELs; engage through virtual/digital tools.
• Organize speaker programs and local provider groups for discussions with regional leaders.
• Ensure customer requests are met and solicit feedback on engagement quality.
• Adjust targeting and call point plans with the ecosystem team.
• Elevate local market insights to inform strategy and goals.
