Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools, delivering approved content with clarity and compliance.

You will coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to inform local strategy, lead proactive outreach, organize speaker programs, and optimize call plans across Sterling Heights and nearby markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years pharma or medical device sales experience or 3+ years B2B sales in regulated fields.
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively outreach to HCPs on product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers via virtual or digital tools and route to colleagues as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups.
• Ensure customer requests are met and collect feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Use insights to inform local strategy and business goals.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to Area Business Lead with market insights.
