Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2+ years pharma/medical device sales or 3+ years B2B outside sales or 2+ years clinical healthcare with patient-facing responsibilities.
• CNS knowledge preferred and strong ability to translate clinical data for practical value.

Responsibilities

• Proactively outreach to HCPs on product access, on-label information, and patient care guidance.
• Engage customers via virtual/digital tools and coordinate with ecosystem colleagues.
• Organize speaker programs and local provider group discussions with regional leaders.
• Address customer requests and gather feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Translate insights from customer-facing roles into local strategy and goals.
• Elevate opportunities to Area Business Lead with local market insights.
